But that doesn’t stop many people from getting a lift. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Many people will modify their ceiling or floor to make it work. The single post parking lift is a model that demands that the floor is adequate. It is very important that your concrete complies with the standard BendPak dictates, because it only has one column. It must be mounted on a level floor, and the concrete must be 4” thick and 3000 psi hardness. The mounting anchors and bolts come with the lift. They must be installed properly.
